It’s no secret; we’ve been busy with the release of our new market forecast report. We’ve already received some great press from sites like Bankrate, L.A. Times and CNN Money. And last week we released another component that I’m sure you’ll like. We’re calling it the market forecast indicator and it can be added to any website or blog for free.
What’s The Market Forecast Indicator?
The Cyberhomes Market Forecast Indicator provides a 12-month local real estate market projection, right on your website. By placing a tiny snippet of code on any page of your site, you can add value for your visitors and improve your site stickiness.
The indicator also works with our co-brands. If you’re not already aware, cobrands are a free version of Cyberhomes that can be customized with your sites header and footer. The indicator when clicked will take the user back to your cobranded version of Cyberhomes.
How-To Get the Market Forecast Indicator
Visit the Market Forecast page on Cyberhomes and select the green “Get Indicator” button. Start by entering your basic contact information and website. Next if you are using a Cyberhomes cobrand enter your code here. If not, skip ahead. In the property address area, enter a complete address or simply a zip code. After you’ve agreed to the terms of service and selected the green “Get Your Indicator” button you arrive at the final step. Simply choose the indicator layout and color that works best for your site. Copy the embed code and paste into any location on your site where you want the indicator to appear. That’s it!
For those advanced users, you can even use your own graphics! Simply call the URL below and replace <cbcode> and <address> as appropriate. You will get back an “Up”, “Down”, “Flat” or “N/A” text response which you can then transform and display as text, or use 6as a direction indicator for choosing your own graphic to display. You must link back to the Cyberhomes Market Forecast page, as this is required per our terms of use.
