Setup Custom Username for your profile or page.

From your profile, select Settings (under status updates). Now select automatically import activity. You’ll notice you can add the various usernames from your favorite social media sites. Examples include:

• Picasa
• Yelp
• Google Reader
• Last.fm
• Pandora
• Flickr
• Digg
• Delicious
• YouTube
• Blog/RSS
